Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment only. In-stock items usually ship within 1 - 2 business days of receipt of order. Out of stock items are subject to a delayed or drop shipment of which the customer will be notified, depending on product availability. Should you need a product by a specific date, please specify that date in the COMMENTS box on your order and/or choose the Express shipping option.

All product shipped from Kathie Hill Music is via United States Postal System (USPS) with your choice of:

  • USPS Priority Mail (approx. 1 – 3 postal days, w/ tracking)
  • USPS Express Mail (1 – 2 postal days guaranteed, w/ tracking)
  • Media Mail (approx. 5-7 postal days, w/ no tracking)

International orders ship via USPS Priority International mail (approx. 6 - 10 days) or USPS Global Express (approx. 3 – 5 days).

Shipping fees are based on weight with a handling fee of $3.00 added to all orders.

Customers who provide inaccurate postal address information will be responsible for lost product or re-shipment of product to corrected postal address.

Return Policy:

Returns are not available on Preview Paks or orchestrations, used books or sleeved bulk CDs.
Returns are available on shrink-wrapped product only.
Digital product is non-returnable and therefore non-refundable.

Please contact us regarding your return before you send it, especially on drop shipped orders. If you think a product is defective, contact us with your complaint before returning the product. If the problem is user-related we cannot refund opened product.

Applicable returns are accepted up to 60 days from date of shipment.

All returned product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns are credited upon receipt of product.

Inaccuracies with shipments (wrong product or missing product) must be reported within 15 days of receipt, after which they cannot be corrected. Returns are not authorized after 60 days.

Returns are to be shipped at customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. Delivery confirmation or insurance on returns are recommended. Care in packing should be taken to avoid cracked CD cases, bent books or other product damage that will negate your refund.

T-Shirts are non-returnable unless any defects are reported within 3 days of receipt.
